Two Weeks From Today

Happy Thursday from a snowy T@Bport!  Two weeks from today Momma Sharon, Murphy the Camper Dog, and I are heading out for our first camping trip of the season.  All I can say is that Mother Nature better get her rear in gear and have some Spring-like weather for our Kings Mountain Kickoff!

Why am I saying that?  Well, here's why . . . 

This is what we woke up to this morning!  Not a blizzard by any means, but not the kind of weather I personally want to camp in.  Momma Sharon and I have our fingers crossed and we will keep you up to date.  Until then, always remember . . .

Spring Is On Hold

Just when I think we have turned the corner towards Spring, here comes another little reminder that we are still a month away.  I sure do hope things start to improve because my first trip with Pod and Friends is coming up in March!! For now, I'll just sit tight here in my T@Bport and try to be patient!

Snow, Snow, Snow, Snow, Snow

Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney sang a song that's been running through my mind all day . . . "snow, snow, snow, snow, snow".  They sang about traveling to Vermont to see that snow.  Well I'm here to tell you this evening that I don't have to travel anywhere . . . it's here!

Aunt Becky snapped four photos of me today and this is my favorite. Here in the South, we're having some mighty serious weather and I hope Happy Camper, RT, Bookmobile, Smoochy Pooch, Pod, and all my other camping buddies are safe.  It's probably going to snow all night here at my T@Bport and maybe even tomorrow too.

I'm sure that camping season is somewhere around the corner, but it seems like a million miles away on this 22-degree night!  Thanks for dropping by this evening and always remember . . .
